Forex 1000 Pips Discussed And Reviewed

Forex 1000 Pips is yet another new Rita Lasker forex product to hit the market. This one is $99 and is being sold on Regnow with a 30 day money back guarantee. All of Rita’s products have been a complete bust for me, so I’m assuming this one will be no different.

Remember if you are going to try Forex 1000 Pips that you fully understand how the system works before running it live. I always recommend to use your refund period to test it thoroughly for at least a month. If your results are above satisfaction, then and only then should you consider taking steps to trade it live with your hard earned money. Just because a website says their system will make $xx,xxx a month doesn’t mean it’s going to. So if you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to request your money back. If you want to submit a forex trading product or broker that is not listed on our site, please use the Submit A Forex System form or Submit Your Own Articles. There are many private and underground forex robots and systems out there they I just don’t have the time to look for. Although, I broadly agree with all the above comments. I have run a demo for a week $1,000 on 0.1 miro lot showed profit of $220. This may be a Fluke, but I can only say that is the way it has panned out. The EA brings the S/L down to B/E very soon, if the trade goes your way. On the way it had 4 $70 losses and only 1 $70 Profit.
R/R is obviously out of prudent bounds. Drawdown was not scary. Be Wary.

I tried Fish Forex. The idea had a lot of merit, but the Losing trades wiped out all the small gains, when reverse trade failed to cover the loss. So that got binned.

    W

First let me say I do not mean you are crazy. That is a figure of speech.
Good you reconsidered a purchase as you just saved yoursel 100$. Her and Karlo Dittman come out of the same shoe box both having smelly feet. Stay away from her stuff or you will get burned and your account will lose money.

    • Feb 10, 2013 @ 16:20 pm

No problem Stu. Thanks for the apology. No offense was taken. Good luck to both of us.

despite the fact that robots still generates some profit I consider it as SCAM.

    1. it was stated that robot will place 2 trades at once with different TakeProfits. Same was repeated to W at Rita’s reply to his questions. It is placing only 1 trade.
    2. There was something about trend + fibo, that targes are calculated using Fibo, but in fact SL and TP are fixed and hardcoded.

I wrote about that to support and got updated version 1.1 . but after few days I can say that nothing has changed. still placing 1 trade. TP and SL still are hardcoded. the only one change that no GU SL is 55 pips, TP 54 (was 70/70), and for EU SL now is 61, TP 67 (was 40/60).

I plan to ask refund next week

p.s In fact product doesnt correspond to what has been offered and advertised. This “support” game with new versions look like a try to extend time as lon as possible until money back warranty will run out of time.

btw, W, robot has trailing stop. It moves SL to BE+2 or 3 pips when trade is 20+ pips in profit, and slowly trails until is hit or TP reached.

it is trange that Ms. Rita answered to you, that there is no trailing stop. She doesn’t know what she is selling?

I have in the past bought her stuff and nothing ever works. Her web site are a fabrication and not valid authentic trades. I would never buy anything from her at all.

As for the fello who sent the email with no reply. If you think she is going to spend all day answering 11 questions you are crazy. As you can see she answered nothing.

    • Feb 5, 2013 @ 8:11 am

      Stu:

Yes, I may be crazy. Then again…

I believe that more info is better – before I buy anything. So I felt it was at least worth a try. And yes, her lack of response, makes me more suspicious.

But know that I have asked a similar list of detailed questions of other vendors, before i bought forex-related software – and have gotten useful, detailed answers. And when I did end up purchasing the product, I found that the answers were in fact true (mostly).

However, my purchase of an EA is not a typical action for me – I trade manually and have been doing so full time for almost 4 years. I am occasionally tripped up though by a childish need to try something / an EA, based upon the sales hype and “absolute” claims. My failure / my immaturity.

Although I wonder why she and so many others seem to remain in business, if all they do is mislead. Is it possible that they have in fact produced something that is of value and performs as they promise?

I don’t see how though, because I cannot see how what I see on the chart and what I do manually, using my brain – could ever be readily reproduced by an EA. But that’s where I am ignorant.

UPDATE: After my 3rd request for info, “Rita” responded today.

Here is her reply – polite and useful. But I now know that there is at least 1 key issue – no controllable stop loss, trail, etc. – and relative large risk % relative to capital, and therefore meaningful potential losses. But i could be wrong…
        Here is “her” reply:

        Dear Sir,

I am sorry for the late reply,
we have found the messages in the spam folder.
        We apologize for the inconvenience.

        Regarding your questions:

        1. Should the EA be turned off during new release spikes and periods of low volume? Or – does it read these itself and stop trading?

Unfortunately, there is no such a robot that would predict news and
stop trading if there is a strong impact. Forex1000pips is not an exception.

        2. In your statement, on the LONG trades / buys, some of the stop losses were higher than the entry price. How can that be?

Please state the specific trades, I would investigate that.

        3. Is there a trailing stop? Is there a profit protection setting?

There is no trailing stop feature, it has a fixed SL that is calculated
individually. In most cases when 2 orders are placed, one is moved to break even.

        4. Were all lot sizes at .9 as shown in the website image?

You can trust the information given at the webpage.

        5. Is there any martingale or similar approach?

        No.

        6. How long have you traded it on a live account?

        6 months.

        7. What was the largest draw down in $ and as percent of the total equity?

the largest draw down is 9.6%

        8. How does the EA protect the user from ranging markets?

It trades less and places fewer orders.

        9. Nothing is perfect. What are the flaws in this EA?

It is not a wizard who can predict a market.

        10. Can you send me a screen shot of the user settings / inputs screen?

I have attached the manual for you.

        11. You have produced MANY EAs in the past – and most do NOT get good reviews from users. What is different about your approach and this EA? The others were considered a waste of money and a scam by some users.

We have discussed it at our web-page. Any product has bad reviews, it is a human nature.
We have lots of positive feedback that we got by email, most of them do not have any forum accounts
or do not want to link bak to their accounts. As we never force or ask the customers
to publish reviews, only few of them do that.

        Yours,

        Rita

I considered the purchase – but due to an inadequate amount of info on the web ad, I decided to ask several questions. I sent 2 emails over the course of several days – “pleaded” for a response – and got none. I wonder why? An apparent refusal to respond makes me concerned. I still await an answer.

Here is the body of the email I sent.

Will you please take a moment to provide honest and answers to my questions?

I have a few questions as I considered the purchase (after all, the claims made were absolute and so impressive):

    1. Should the EA be turned off during new release spikes and periods of low volume? Or – does it read these itself and stop trading?

    2. In your statement, on the LONG trades / buys, some of the stop losses were higher than the entry price. How can that be?

    4. Were all lot sizes at .9 as shown in the website image?

    6. How long have you traded it on a live account?

    7. What was the largest draw down in $ and as percent of the total equity?

Rital L. is a lovely, helpful lady. I received one of her Fx robots as a Christmas gift and was thrilled to try it on a demo. Unfortunately, it started losing money, so I discontinued it. Sorry, but I wouldn’t buy any of her products, only if they work.
