Agree with Alva. Poor spreads on micro accounts with limited pairs. I can say their customer service has always been good to me.

– micro: only a few currency pairs; spreads are very bad
– normal: some more currency pairs; spreads are bad
– ECN: spreads are okay; commisions are very high, so the profits are small or disappear, especially when scalping. There are other good brokers with NO commision when using an ECN-Account.
Withdrawal is complicated and time consuming.
