I'am a member platinum nexus since july and not satisfied. From last 27 trades there where 22 losers 3 trades with a gain of 2/3 pips and 2 about 30 pips. What I don't like is when I look on their website their historical results. That is far away from their real results. They promise refund when loss in about 60 days but when you lose thousands of dollars in that time. After a good period the come with an upgrade to nexus. With 5 or 10 % I'am satisfied but they promise 30 % now in a few weeks it's a -30%. I come back here when it turnes but I fear.

I signed up for Forex Social Signals (ITM Financial) on October 29, 2012. The subscription rate was at a price of $47.00 for the first month and $97.00 every month thereafter (the least expensive of their packages).

The month of November, I was very happy with the service. Their end-of-month results were positive and I found their customer service to be prompt, accommodating, and courteous.

December was a different story. After receiving 30+ signals in November, and only 6 signals as of 17 days into December, I grew concerned. I emailed their support team about it and it was disclosed to me that signals had been given that I was not receiving. It was then disclosed to me they mistook my subscription for a "Trade Copier" package, which is not what I had signed up for, and that I did not in fact miss any signals. So $97.00 for 6 signals, and a net loss.

I still do not believe their story due to the inconsistencies between the two customer support persons (Shawn, decent, and Alan, a prick).

I've saved every signal email since October 29th with this company and would be more than happy to share them with you if anyone is curious as to the caliber of their signals and, possibly worse, the caliber of their customer service.

I was offered a free month for my concerns and as of today, December 21, 2012, my account has been deleted, 8 days before my expiry day, 1 month and 8 days before what was offered to me as compensation.

I've requested a refund for the month of December since signals were not provided as advertised, there was an agreed technical issue regarding my receiving signals (they later changed their mind on that), and most importantly my subscription was mysteriously terminated prematurely. Not only was I not receiving what was advertised, I am not longer even allowed access to what I have already paid in full for.

I would appreciate any assistance as I have never done this before, but am seriously disgusted with these guys and feel like I have been ripped off. The most disgusting thing is their cancelling my paid membership prematurely. I would like my money back, at least for December, due to the aforementioned reasons.

I will keep you posted as to their reply and can provide any further information desired. If I do not hear back from them soon, I wish to open up a Case at Forex Peace Army or another site.

Sincerely,

I bought it on 21/Nov, by comparing results on MyFx link, the results upto 20/Nov (from 1st Nov-20Nov) was total of 500+pips which I thought very impressive. Somehow, by a strange fate of luck, from 21/Nov its just a string of losses after losses and its a total of negative USD129.80 and as per ITMF instructions I am running it at lowest setting of 1000units or 0.01lot on my USD5000 acct. In fact according to ITMF suggestion, a USD5000 acct should run at max of abt 20,000lots or 0,2lots, but I purposely placed it at lowest of 0.01lot, If I had set this any higner, my account would have experience margin call

In the midst of Nov, all of a sudden trades were executed and emails NOT sent out. But ITMF soon fixes this the next day. To give full credit Shawn was very attentive to support issues.

In the month of Dec now and still the losses are GREATER than winnings and in fact after 30Nov, I took off the trade copier and just record ALL the trades via Excel as per published on the members site (paper trade). I have already notified Shawn that trades that were closed on 12/Dec and afterwards had NO email notification. Also the fact that trades executed on 14/Dec were NOT uploaded to MyFx site, despite that these were recorded in ITMF members area.

I hope ITMF will avoid being labelled SCAM, as upto now Shawn has handled all my queries and issues very well. When I checked against ITMF MyFx link, even though it indicated that it was refreshed ONE minute ago, the trades executed on 14/Dec were NOT recorded, which is disturbing as Shawn told me that in future they will use this to track performance and that can invalidate the refund claim if trades that are executed yet NOT recorded into Myfx. As ironic as it sounds, ALL these trades on 14/Dec were LOSSING trades. I believe that Shawn will investigate this and try to resolve it, if not, I am asking for a REFUND as well.

The historical performance records is so good that it is almost hard to believe why such results "all of a sudden" refused to be "duplicated"?! Its true that market has its own sense and mind, but ITMF records show that it is able to survive this and get on top, so why the sudden 360 turn? Its as if there was a very good trader doing those trades and on 21Nov, this good trader left and maybe a new college graduate who barely knew MT4 was trading

VERY DISAPPOINTING to say the least!

I have experienced something similar with Forex Social Signals (ITM Financial) quite recently (Monday 26 - Tuesday 27, November 2012).
More specifically servers down,
no trade copier service active,
web site disappearing from the face of the web
no response on e-mails.
Overall for a period of one month of using this service
the outcome was negative -not just poor.
But what was most terrifying for me was that
for two days these guys completely dissapeared.
I accept poor profit results,
I am patient enough,
but I hate feeling that someone could have easily cheated me.
