In response to Loes Dekker’s comment, the customer only logged into the system one time, they waited well past the refund time to request a refund, and did not comply with the terms and conditions of the product. There is no such thing as a “no questions asked refund”, it is not advertised on our site as such. You must show that the system failed in order to receive a refund, which this customer did not do.

Waiting for nearly 2 months now, at first my email got answered, then I was offered a different system (which I declined), now I am just being ignored. If you want to use this? Fine! If you want to try this, DON’T! They do not fulfil their promises (to me says a lot about their product as well)
