Charts freezing is your problem on your end on your computer. Server has only been down for me 1 times in the past 2 years and only for 30 minutes. It did not affect me whatsoever. Plus, if it did, they would have resolved it for you after research. And market maker bucket shop term no longer applies to most market maker brokers since now they all have incredible partnerships with liquidity providers.

Ive been with FXDD on a live account for over 4 years.Ive always got good customer support from them and they have always been very helpful.

I’m using FXDD over 2 years with no problem. When I call for help customer support was friendly and helpful. Ones my chart freeze and have to call for close position. Again no problem . No broker is perfect , but this one is so far good
