I had raised the work ticket as the only place to communicate with them, but after two months I received no response disregard severals f/up tickets I raised. Their promise for the 60 days money back guarantee was totally “bs” since they did not respond to the work ticket at all and there was no other way to contact them!!! Do not trust with this product, I had been lied.
