I cannot tell you how good or bad this system is because after paying $2,000 for the system I was unable to ever, and I mean ever, reach him or his company for customer support and the password was voided. If that sounds legal, ethical or professional to you, then feel free to buy this. This was an expensive lesson for me….

I purchased this profit trader , ive run it on a trial account 4 a month & there is more unrealized profit than actual realized profit , and reading this forum no one has anything good to say about this dustin fella , am wondering if its a scam and not to put real cash on the line. thx for the advice all 🙂

From what I have been able to find online it appears that profit agent has had some good months but really got a nice 45 % draw down in May of 2012. Of course they don’t show that time frame on their promotional material! Plus if you live in the US you will be disadvantaged by being limited to 50:1 leverage. When I saw the US results it showed a paltry gain when compared to the more highly leveraged offshore results (but matched the offshore results when it came to the big 45 % negative return in May)

I too have had numerous emails and help from Barry Batista, he is not like Dustin Pass and Barry is the only one I know of that will help you learn Straddle. Oracle Trader that Dustin sold does not WORK. If you are in the U.S. all the brokers will give you slippage and your late to the party and Dustin told me in an email change brokers, how about 5-different ones!!!!!! Dont buy anything from DUSTIN PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAs anyone seen ‘Profit Wave’ being promoted by Joe Duffy? Well, it appears that Dustin Pass from ‘Profit Wave’ has copied the promotion down to the exact same estimated monthly profit percentages. The only difference being ‘Profit Wave’ gives you 12 months to get a refund while ‘Profit Agent’ only extends a refund for 2 months. Hmmm, I guess if any of these things really worked everyone would be using them or the government would outlaw them.

I’m not sure what to think about ‘Profit Agent’. I find the following things suspect: No refund after 60 days. If you’r enot pleased on day 61 you’re out $1,997 (or more), and looking very carefully at his own performance chart it shows that in Q4 of 2011 he was at zero after 60 days. Two, they say they have to keep membership numbers low but then they are advertising that if you sign up three of your friends you get your package for free; with that kind of marketing it seems to me that they are looking to sign up as many people as possible. Three, and this is a bit subjective of me but in my experience, these smooth tallking guys who spurt out five words a second and that have slight southern accents have always turned out to be scammers. Four, no one endorsing his product has been using it for very long, it’s like he’s taking 2 or 3 quarters of results and projecting them over ten years, which is a bit disturbing. Any additional feedback anyone might have abotu Profit Agent would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve tried Profit Agent using a demo account and it did not make any profits during the 60 days trial. I too suspected it was Tom’s EA at the back of it – which when I tried that last year just lost and lost. I found the support team a bit slow in offering help or advice as well – if it was genuine they would do everything to help me get the trades running becasue they takea percentage of the broker commission on each trade made – that’s how there is no monthly operations fee – but they don’t maintain any form of contact up with you. So I concluded its a firm scam.

In reply to Mary. I am using Straddle Trader Pro and it is working brilliantly. I have been testing it for about 8 Months now on a trial account and it works as intended. The support and assistance from Barry Battista is simply second to none. Last night I had a chit chat with him on Skype for half an hour not only on trading but also on general personal stuff. I don't know Dustin, but Barry in his team is a true helper with a great system

Yes Johny you are correct Profit agent uses a mother account and mirror trading, Toms EA had 2 options, one for an EA that you can place onto an MT4, or a mirror trading account (Tradency). But the strategy is exactly the same, its the same stale bread in different fancy wrapping – dont buy it ! dont eat it ! Its not going to do you any good, trust me i took a big bite and spat it out 🙁

In reply to Martin Jones. I don't think he is selling an EA... he is either selling his own brokerage firm or selling the mirroring site membership where it sends trades signals to your MT4. Or more sinister, his own brokerage firm where we login to his servers where trades are mirrored on all members' accounts using that EA.

TradeVantage scam also worth mentioning. Also, I don’t have the patience to sign up and join on launch nor do I wish to risk money on a known scammer. But What is this crap he came up with now? Profit Agent? Simple mirror trading using an EA on mother server? Or something more sinister like his own brokerage firm where people send HIM the deposit? I suspect the latter. AVOID THIS SCAMMER!!!

Do not be fooled newbies this is Toms EA in another form. The same EA that depleted my account from $24,000 ( yes that $24K) and took it all the way down to $98. DO NOT spend a single $ investing in this EA . There are no refunds after the qualifying period and the plain fact is that it cannot handle major currency movements. They will tell you you had the settings too high , but i have i am not new at the EA game and it did appear to be working well, i had it on the minimum settings for my size of account , however it still blew the account despite numerous emails to support for assistance. I cant believe the hide of Dustin to rebadge this and re market this to a NEW batch of newbies. I hope this saves some of you from losing money. Regards Martin

I have bought Oracle Trader, $3000 and Straddle Trader, $2000!!!! cant use either one. He cherry picks the trades to convince you that his software works along with Tom”s E.A. that he endorses that will blow your account up. Stay away because he is very convincing and I dont want any one else to lose thousands of dollars. No refund to several of his products says it all. Just another Snake oil salesman!!!!!!
