I tried it for a month on my demo account and it was a disappointing results. One big downside to the software is that is manually operated. You have to sit at your computer all day to wait when a signal is posted in order to accept it or reject it. So if you have a full time job, this is not a software for you. The good side about the system is the customer service will always respond to you and yes i got my refund back but i was shocked when the customer service requested i purchase funneltrader by Lance Hunter.
