Forex Sensation Review And Forum Discussion

Forex Sensation is a forex robot competition that started back in July, and ran for 3 months. All their accounts are claimed to be real money, and they claim to offer transparency never before seen with forex robot results. Well whats never been seen before are their results. Maximum transparency would have been hooking all their “real” accounts up to myfxbook, but instead they’re just using some custom charting software. So we really don’t know for sure if the results are real or demo, or if they’re fabricated or not.

With all that aside, lets just continue with the review. The winner of the competition was Forex Cash Printer by Oleg Zadorecki. You will be able to purchase his EA for around $1000 with a few upsells.

Forex Cash Printer trades EURUSD and looks like a scalper. Most trades are closed between 10-18 pips. This is yet another reason that leads me to believe these are demo accounts because scalping on live accounts is not nearly as profitable as demo.

Remember if you are going to try Forex Sensation that you fully understand how the system works before running it live. I always recommend to use your refund period to test it thoroughly for at least a month. If your results are above satisfaction, then and only then should you consider taking steps to trade it live with your hard earned money. Just because a website says their system will make $xx,xxx a month doesn’t mean it’s going to. So if you are not satisfied, do not hesitate to request your money back. I am quite sure that absolutely nobody will ever buy an alleged competeion winner after the Forex Sensation and Y-Combo fleecing. Both have been disastrous even on demo. The vendor deserves a Scammer of the Year award and a simultaneous Marketeer of the decade award for his deceitful presentationof these two total losers as winners.

I purchased this EA on Oct. and ran it on live ECN account on their recommended FX choice broker. So far its performance was very disappointing. It made very few trades which were no better than tossing dies. When it won it profited small but when it lost, it lost big. At present, I have lost 25% of my investment. I don’t think they are selling us the actual EA that Oleg used in the contest or the contest result was a fake.

I purchased back in November and had poor results. The robot didn’t trade that often and when it did it was 50/50 win loss rate. I used their recommended ecn broker. I requested a refund on Dec.14,2013 and am still waiting to get my money back. I guess it’s true that clickbetter picks up all the digital trash out there because no one else wants to deal with them. Do youself a favor and stay away from Forex Sensation and Clickbetter.

I am deeply disappointed with the system as it is not performing well on other brokers ECN demo where I tried, also the Support team is not at all interested in tackling clients problems, especially when they are less tech-friendly people. Stopping the winners 3 month account is not a sincere gesture and greedy selling tactics are repeatedly played, so not encouraging behaviour from Organisers. Confused on them, but we have to give a long wait, with demo, then only one can decide….

finally I got my refund credited – thank god . Suggest everyone who have put their hard earned money into this to reconsider their decision whether to seek refund or not. Of Course there are different opinions on this may be fund managers can continue to use the EA till the time they can manage their losses but for Retail traders I suggest to reconsider their decision to retain the EA. Its my personal opinion the decision is yours anyway.

I request my refund today prior to the 60 day deadline and the response I received was to download updates to the EA’s. I have updated them regularly and the results are still unacceptable for me. I made my refund request through ClickBetter.com. Did you have problems with the vendor when you requested a refund?

        Thanks in advance,

Its only three days but the extended version so far is working well for me 5 trades, 4 winners and one closed at breakeven. I had to pay the commission on all of them though as I am using an ECN account. I am using default settings except 0.1 risk not 0.2 and non aggressive on both eurusd and gbpusd. Those who have not purchased the EA should keep their venomous comments to themselves imo.

I dont understand how anyone can make assumptions about the EA performance in a week. Also you need to have the EA working in an ECN environment preferably with a virtual or dedicated server close to your brokers server. Anyone operating an EA should know these things and ignorance is no excuse. I have the EA running on a 27K live account this past week I am using the extended version with default settings and non aggressive on EURUSD and GBPUSD. 6 trades were taken, 5 winners The EA took one trade to breakeven. A 50k account will be added within a week. Kalindasignals Australia.

People are using ECN, they’ve even stated so. It’s also been out for a nearly a month now. It’s no wonder that people are rushing to refund, look at the price tag and look how it’s performed the first month it was out compared to the 3 it was “tested” for.

Bought FXsensation by 3 instalments thru Click better on Oct 21 but they charged me twice up front. However with the 2nd charge funds were not removed from my account but mearly blocked I presume to cover the next instalment. This is realy stupid as I was not aware of this till month end when some other bills were not paid and I chose the 3 payments in the first place as I did not have funds to cover total cost, and now raises my concern if the thing is legitimate.I will now be forced to cancel and request refund to pay other bills.Gerry N.

Guess what, I too made payment for 3 installments and asked for a refund afyer making the first payment. However clickbetter has insisted that they did not credit my money as it was still with in the refund window period in which my bank statement already reflects that money was already deducted and paid to them. I have contacted their support and as soon as I attached my bank statement. They wont even reply to my ticket. It has been 2 days already and I am still waiting for a reply. Sighz, how can this possibly happen? Seems too difficult to even ask for a refund.

I asked for refund after two weeks of testing when the account got reduced by 6%. After initial negotiations where they offered extended version for free which I rejected politely they processed the refund but the money will take 10-20 days as per clickbetter to arrive in my account. Let’s see when I receive it finally.

This EA is starting to smell like a dead rat.

When they released the investor links to the contest account, I downloaded the statement and found there were 4 magics in use, including magic 0 which did about 50% of the trades and made most of the money. As magic 0 is normally used for manual trades, I questioned support. Was told the contest EA had 4 Strategies, one of which was 0, which were compressed into 3 strategies for the sold EA.

So the sold EA is not the contest EA. Add to that I have never seen a EA coded to use magic 0, as any manual trades, which use magic 0, would interfere with the EA. Looking at the current results, it seems reasonable to assume the contest magic 0 trades were manual trades and that is why the sold EA is not delivering the desired results.

You are correct David that 95% of robots are trash. But at least with Sensation we have someone actually using it and sharing results. Ultimately, manual trading is always going to be better, but it requires a large investment of time to be consistently successful, so if there is a robot that is based on a standard manual method, which Sensation may be, then its worth investigating…

    Hello Folks,

Finally bought the EA 3 days ago , with all the hype surrounding around it takes some guts to purchase this sensation bot πŸ™‚ . I bought it on Installment 3 months ( they give 50 usd discount) from the website if you to try to close the window (i.e 348usd + 398usd + 398 usd).

Here’s what I did, to make sure the bot works I loaded the sensation bot on my HF Currenex Live Account 15k USD account with lower EURUSD Spreads in there and good execution to try out, on 23rd Wed it took EUR USD Buy @ 1.3755 had a 20pip sl and 40pip TP initially and was trailing with 7pip profit trail grabbed 11 pips πŸ™‚ during US Hours (wow already covered half the cost of installment) Good, so I waited for next day eagerly again in US Hours after news data another buy came on 24th Thur at 1.38019 with same 20pip sl/40pip TP I waited trade went to 1.3812 (hmm 11pip) my stop was trailed till 1.38059 I thought why to miss out on my second profit covering the entire bot installment cost lol, closed it manually πŸ™‚ cool isn’t it? :)) , Friday no trades at all waiting for Monday ……

            Tony,

The week ended , sensation did 4 trades 3 winners 1 loser , fyi i have setup aggression=true in their settings to see if it trades more frequently.. , if you have setup at aggression=false it trades less frequently. Also the add-on bot they gave it as free along with Sensation called “Y-Combination” seems to be Grid bot on USD JPY and USD CHF with max number of trades 8 am not impressed with it , its trading with 300pip stoploss and continue to average positions with same stoploss as the first order. I removed that one off πŸ™ already. regards, Sam

Well I purchased a copy of forex printer last week and paid using the 3 installments plan. I gave it a week and it still did not produced any trades. Hence I asked for a full refund. The other y version ea which came together as a package simply sucked big time produced a list of losing trades with no SL or TP . My advise is dont fall prey and purchase this system.

Initially theur support team told me to give it another week to see if the robot traded as the US pair was having an erratic week. However I have waited and still no trade results hence made a refund request and was approved few days later.

In 3 months it traded 100 times, trading almost everyday, sometimes a few times per day. It’s been out just over a week now and it’s made 1 trade as far as I’ve seen. They’ve also stopped trading on that 214% original account since October 11th. Just food for thought…

Glad to hear you got your refund at least.

Interesting. You know, if I wanted to walk away with $100,000 in an EA contest, then I would be tempted to write a an EA that on the secret (in a DLL) receives signals from me – or prompts to take a trade. Its still an EA, but has to be nudged to take a trade. I wonder if that it what going on here. Mind you, it implies that the writer of the EA is a good live trader, or has access to one. The other possibility is the spread – maybe the spread on the demo accounts was small enough for the EA to take trades – i.e. its optimized for a demo account – and your broker never even got close to that spread…..

The trading funds were provided by the organizers of the competition. Its likely that they want to leave the results showing from the start to the end otherwise they would no longer represent the competition period . In a week on my live account I have had 7 trades with the extended version to include GBPUSD.

I researched this offer more and had questions. So I emailed the contact on the offer page.
Here is the email and answers:

    Hi Drew.

Below are our answers to your questions:

    2013/10/19 Drew Pips

Hi, I am extremely interested in this product, but became deflated when I
heard there were upsells and add-ons in this product.

From my experience, this seriously raises doubt of the quality of the
product being able to deliver what they say. Contrary to what the
marketing gurus have hold you, it immediately cheapens the product
and seriously damages the seller’s reputation as just another fly-by-night
operator. There are countless examples of this being true, most notably
    in the Forex robot “industry”.

Everyone is expecting these same trading results- so why are the add-on
product there? IMHO, this should’ve all been honestly laid out at the start.

    Please answer for me:

    1. What they are upsell products? Please give full explanations.

There are two upsells, both completely optional. One is Forex Sensation Extended Edition for $499 which offers open inputs and an extra currency pair – GBPUSD – allowing the users to nearly double the total number of trades. The other one is one-on-one live chat support by the robots’ developer for $49. Our customers appreciate these upsells and we’ve been getting lots of positive feedback about them. You do not need to purchase them at all or can purchase them at a later date – however you wish.

    2. Will the price of the add-ons/upsell products also be split into 3 equal payments?

The prices are above; they are not split into three installments.

    3. Explain in full the refund policy for this product. Can it be a demo account? If not,
what if my live account gets blown before 60 days?

Our 60-day unconditional full refund guarantee is enforced by our payment processor ClickBetter. You can use the robots on a demo account during that time.

Whether you answer these questions or not, this letter will be posted on all the
main Forex review boards and websites.

We, in our turn, would very much appreciate you posting your questions and our replies to them wherever you deem fit. Thank you for spreading the word.

Thanks for sharing this. The results for the EA are impressive, considering that you can now see the myfxbook results and look at the low drawdown (assuming of course the results are legitimate). Its a scalper EA – notice how many of the trades close at similar times of day. My guess its an EA based on support/resistence and average daily ranges.

The only thing that matters is how well it performs for those who purchased it. Right now it seems for the mass majority, it has performed poorly.

There are more people showing losses on their accounts than there are people profiting.
There are more people complaining about it than there are gloating about it.

If it’s working for you then consider yourself lucky at this point.
